Q. メモが消えてしまいました。復元できますか？
寿命が切れたメモは「忘れたメモ」タブに自動的に移動します。タブを開いて「復元」ボタンを押すと、メモ一覧に戻すことができます。
Q. メモを消えないようにするには？
メモを長押しして「ピン留め」を選択するか、編集画面でピンアイコンをタップしてください。ピン留めされたメモはフェードせず永続的に保持されます。
Q. メモの寿命を変更できますか？
はい。メモの編集画面で「寿命」セクションから 1時間 / 24時間 / 72時間 / 7日 / 無期限 / カスタム期間を選択できます。
Q. データはクラウドに保存されますか？
いいえ。すべてのメモデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。インターネット接続は不要で、外部サーバーへのデータ送信は一切行いません。
Q. アプリを削除するとメモは消えますか？
はい。アプリを削除すると端末内のすべてのメモデータが完全に削除されます。重要なメモはピン留めし、必要に応じてテキストをコピーして別の場所に保存してください。
Q. 通知が届きません。
端末の「設定」→「通知」→「Fade memo」で通知が許可されているか確認してください。また、初回起動時に通知の許可を求めるダイアログで「許可」を選択する必要があります。
Q. 機種変更時にデータを移行できますか？
iOSの場合、iCloudバックアップまたはiTunesバックアップからの復元でデータが引き継がれる場合があります。Androidの場合、端末のバックアップ機能に依存します。確実な移行を保証するものではありませんのでご了承ください。

Q. My memo disappeared. Can I recover it?
Memos that have expired are automatically moved to the "Forgotten Memos" tab. Open the tab and tap the "Restore" button to bring it back to your memo list.
Q. How do I prevent a memo from disappearing?
Long-press a memo and select "Pin", or tap the pin icon in the edit screen. Pinned memos will never fade and are kept permanently.
Q. Can I change a memo's lifespan?
Yes. In the memo edit screen, you can choose from 1 hour / 24 hours / 72 hours / 7 days / Permanent / Custom duration in the "Lifespan" section.
Q. Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. All memo data is stored exclusively on your device. No internet connection is required, and no data is ever sent to external servers.
Q. Will my memos be deleted if I uninstall the app?
Yes. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all memo data from your device. Please pin important memos and copy the text elsewhere if needed.
Q. I'm not receiving notifications.
Check your device Settings → Notifications → Fade memo to ensure notifications are enabled. You also need to allow notifications when prompted on first launch.
Q. Can I transfer data when switching devices?
On iOS, data may be preserved through iCloud or iTunes backup restoration. On Android, it depends on the device's backup features. We cannot guarantee seamless data migration.
